La Casa del Pati is a typical Valencian house recently restored. It is located in the Plaza Mayor of Llanera de Ranes, in the region of La Costera, at only 2 km. away from the regional capital, the historic city of Xàtiva.

The restoration work has taken two years, during which the house has changed completely, respecting the building materials characteristic of the area and of the 19th century stately buildings, but adapting them to the current necessities and conception of buildings’ interior. Therefore, natural and classic materials have been used for the rebuilding, and the newest materials have been used for the installations (heating, electricity, plumbing, telephone and television).

The three-floor building has: a hallway, an office, three lounges, two courtyards (that is where the house’s name comes from), a wine cellar, a wide kitchen, three bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room included in them, two multipurpose rooms, a laundry room, a bathroom, a barbecue and an engine room.
